I don't think that's asking a lot. And perhaps its a bit snobbish on my part, but I do feel like I work with a bunch of high schoolers some days, despite the fact that most of the people where I work are much older than me. Just be careful what you wish for, and remember: having co-workers who are more educated than you =/= having co-workers who are smarter than you. =D

I'm not sure either....maybe the sticks....like, attached to each other? Maybe...

And I'm sort of up for an either/or situation.

Yeah, having neither really sucks. I wonder why? Most people in creative fields are stupid. Why is your workplace different?

Because I don't really work in a creative field, and definitely not in a creative workplace. There are aspects of my job that require creativity, but 90% of it just requires a pair of hands and software/production knowledge. And outside of the "art department"....ohboy. It's essentially factory work...at computers.
Except for the bindery...which actually is factory work.
