Catchup gaming session last night to get back on our two-week schedule. I had the first episode of the new adventure plotted out, so of course we spent the evening copying characters to the new sheets and spending karma and nuyen. Still, the socializing was good as always, so it wasn't a wasted evening. Must remember to give fixitup and/or ptownhiker 'gamemaster ( Read more... )

You know, all things considered, it really wasn't that bad an effort in retrospect, keeping in mind the skill sets we had available, not to mention the tech level. It was top of the line small studio at the time, but when I think about what we could have done if we could have shot it in Mini-DV and edited it in iMovie, much less Premiere or Final Cut Pro.

Then too, I also look at the level of modeling in the animation and twitch, until I look at any of the contemporary television work (if I remember correctly, only the B5 pilot had aired at the time). I look at the Librescu and Thunderchild and shudder, but without "Gentleman's Agreement" to build on, I never would have gotten there.

Go ahead and post it. I've seen much worse.
