awwww... this chapter is making me miss writing fics....

I love the characterization of Nino here. It's VERY VERY neener. Not just the whole I-don't-have-food-apart-from-instant-noodles moment, but also the way he greeted her at the doorway, the way he comforted her, in his own odd way.

What I'm most thankful for, however, is how he isn't judging her. Most people would see Seira as a self-absorbed brat with no future, and only those who know how hard it is to be in her situation will even try to understand her character. But Nino doesn't judge. Nino is kind. Frankly, I can see this Nino coming to life in reality.

Sigh. So wonderful, writing fiction.
