The boys are downstairs loudly extolling the virtues of Instant Chicken Pox Remover. Of course it only works on the water-soluble chicken pox, which they're also busy adorning themselves with.

Instant Chicken Pox Remover = water, improved with the addition of soap
Water-Soluble Chicken Pox = red "Crayola Washable" magic markers
