I've been going to bikram yoga for the past month now - 3, sometimes 5 days a week. I'm addicted. I think it's the only thing keeping me sane these days. I've been to dozens of yoga studios and I'm most impressed with bikram's style. It's yoga in it's purest form - no ambiance enhancers, no chanting, no props. I'd compare it to a pure martial arts
