This year's halloween event was first, right? Anyways, it was very good, with plenty of non-sexual fanservice (like the scene you mentioned), characters who were earlier introduced in artworks getting scenes of their own (Romania, Australia, New Zealand, Monaco), and India having a grand first entrance (through I would prefer him to be a female, in me headcannon India looked like Anshi Himemiya and was China's ex-girlfriend). It was nice that Ukraine reappeared too, after such a long absence and she was having fun too (I felt some vibes of UkrainexPoland :3 ) And Egypt as always didn't get any speech lines. I would like to see more of those events instead of the ecchi ones like the last christmas event.
I hope we'll get more Halloween events in the future, because this is really cool and I'm a sucker for costumes. I don't mind the lol France stripping people events, but it's nice to have something different.
