Insights from Daring Greatly

I finished reading Daring Greatly by Brene Brown today. Really great read, I highly recommend.

A few thoughts and aha! moments:

Shame resilience includes recognizing when shame is occurring from societal expectations/structural causes. So recognizing when I'm feeling body image shame because of societal expectations is a good way to counter that ( Read more... )
