So, yesterday was free bobblehead day at the football game I was dragged to (-.-). When I went up to the tent to get mine, some lady backed up into me, turned around, and said "Oh, I'm sorry, ma'am, did you want one---sir?" I could just hear my dad laughing when she called me ma'am.

Before Anime North, (January-ish) I met a staff member, Cathy, who was very helpful with information about Mobility Access (She was the head for years, and she's also in a wheelchair.)
