You wanted relations :D? Well, I don't imagine he would take too keenly to her, being as he has a huge justice-complex going on. But he definitely wouldn't be unfriendly, either. I guess the best word for it would be tolerate. He would laugh and joke around with her in a social setting, and be perfectly kind, but he wouldn't be in a hurry to actually hang out with her.
