wow thanks for the saturn pics. it's funny how some of them look like computer 3d renders or just abstract photography (i'm not saying they're fake, but the similarity struck me, i think it's amazing). also, the distances and image scales are making my head spin. especially since the pics make you feel like you're right there...

also, essay dude should just sit the fuck down and write fanfic like the rest of us mortals.

I'm sort of tempted to get a DW account, but I don't know if it's worth it. For me, journaling is all about the fic.

I can't wait for springtime_gen reveals. I have authors to stalk.

I don't have any invite codes, otherwise I'd give you one. For the moment, I'm basically name-squatting and playing the wait-and-see game. It's still in beta testing - open beta - right now, anyway, and while lots of people on my flist are getting accounts, very few, if any, are completely abandoning LJ right now.

Gah! I have a LOT of catching up to do! I've been so busy these last couple of weeks! (And the next couple look to be just as busy! Eeek!)

:-P I 'imported' a style and set it up before they disabled that function for free accounts. Heh. I was actually expecting it to revert to the basic style, but I guess the disabling wasn't retroactive. Which begs the question - if you pay the $3 to have a paid account for a month and set up a style, after the month lapses, will the style revert back too, or will it stay like mine has?
