The first thing I noticed was how tiny the first model was, naturally, I assumed you had lost your mind before I realized that was Dita. hahaha But, yes, I love the differences in model sizes.

A lot of it just looks sort of retro-knockoff and not like they were really trying, to me, but I do love the accessories they have with them!

The designs are good for the price point. It is totally a modern retro look. Dita loves vintage but there is no way the average Target customer would buy actual vintage designs. The nod to vintage with the modern look and flair is more palitable. I have no idea about the materials and quality. I would have to see them for realz.

Thanks for posting this. I'll give the line a try and see if the bald guy likes it.

Do let me know. I am also curious as to what styles you like better. There are some really beautiful ones and ones that are just meh.

I am not sure when the line launches in Target USA stores. I figure when it does it will be a decent sized media event.

Have you ever seen the lingerie at Shirley of Hollywood? They have nice stuff. Very dramatic and sexy. http://www.shirleyofhollywood.com/

HAWT!! You'd think more folks would catch on to this being good marketing - afterall I am so much more inclined to buy clothes when I can see that they look good on models THAT ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE ME. Really, seeing a cute outfit in a picture, then going into the dressing room and seeing that it looks stupid on me because my body is so different from the model's generally just makes me feel cranky and less inclined to shop that brand.

You are speaking the truth. I completely agree. Even the model's bodies are airbrushed and tweeked to look better. THe photos are all LIES and no one really looks like anyone in the ads.

Have you seen this one? They used not only size-diversity but also age-diversity. Turns out, yes, women in their 40s buy lingerie too!!
