for slyreflection

I've been torn apart so many times
I've been hurt so many times before

Like most sensible people, Lleyton Hewitt does not like to repeat things, liking to believe that he learns from his mistakes. He no longer questions his mother when she has that look in her eyes, nor does he drink up the bar before tournaments anymore. He wouldn’t call himself cautious though, because he’s not. He still loves spontaneity, swears to live by it. But there are some things that will never be the same.

Thanks to him, Lleyton hides his heart, makes himself believe that there is no such thing as love. It’s all words and false promises. Lleyton has never felt what he felt when he was with him, never said words that he said to him. He made him fall in love without abandon and broke his heart just as easily. Lleyton doesn’t want to fall in love again…

But it’s different now, different with Marat. With every kiss, every smile, every caress, Lleyton can feel the difference. Marat is never afraid to speak his mind and never holds back. With him, Lleyton doesn’t feel pressured or over consumed. He just feels.

“Lleyton, open your eyes.”

And he does. Marat is smiling down on him as he pauses in mid thrust. He runs his fingers through Lleyton’s long messy hair. “Stop thinking.”

Lleyton reaches for him, tries to get as close as he can. Marat begins to move slowly again, caressing Lleyton with lithe fingers. He tries to stop thinking, and is succeeding somewhat with Marat’s ministrations but he can’t help but think how it would feel to let go. How it would feel jump off that cliff and have Marat catch him…

Here I am
So don't leave me stranded
On the end of a line
Hanging on the edge of a lie

His orgasm takes him by surprise but Marat sees him all the way through, lips whispering against his neck. When they settle back down, he presses his head on Marat’s chest and snuggles against his side as he revels in the feel of Marat’s arms holding him tight. Lleyton mentally shakes himself, wondering how he could ever compare him to Marat. Marat does everything wholeheartedly and Lleyton knows that they will be ok. He will be ok.

Somebody already broke my heart
If someone has to lose, I don't want to play
Somebody already broke my heart
No, no I can't go there again
