Since I'm IN that cooking co-op (responsible for fruit), let me please add this: I am allergic to tomatoes, rosemary and onions. The above menu looks very heavy on those things. If possible, can you think of something so that I don't have to eat sandwiches and fruit every night?
Oh, and two slices of rye, some corned beef lunch meats, a slice of swiss cheese, a dollop of 1000 Island and some sauerkraut go WONDERFUL inside those sandwich things. Just saying.
And alfredo isn't that hard to make. Cook noodles, cook chicken, toss with sauce, done.
