hmm maybe. But some frames Mutsu looks rather feminine.. similar to the style of fem te-ke in sharp facial features? Musashi looks like a flat chested boy in boys clothes... and Yamato looks a LOT more feminine in drag... I doubt Mutsu wore makeup. I think Mutsu is pulling an Akito (like from fruits baskets)

Thank you for the translations. I was always wondering what was the role of Mutsu in the whole story. The baby-making comic I managed to puzzle out on my own, but this gives some context on the relationships.
