It's not really my place to say this, but... I think it would be nice if you at least credited the individual artists on Pixiv as well, since you're asking for credit. It's like me taking all these icons and saying "credited to livejournal" instead of you.

And considering Rokuzaki-sensei's wishes regarding fanart of the series, you might want to ask people to put a link to the disclaimer in their icon descriptions too.

Honestly, I wouldn't really say anything since it's not a big deal in most cases, but considering the content of Midnight Navy, I thought it might be a better idea to let you know.

Pixiv actually has some rules written in English here saying:

SITE POLICY
・Do not post others' works to pixiv.
・Do not reprint others' works without permission.
・Do not an advertising for commerce.
・You need protect privacy for pixiv users.

So technically, this isn't within the rules pixiv sets, just as using Rokuzaki-sensei's work isn't within the rules she set. People do it anyway, but it doesn't make it right... at the very least it would be nice for people to be able to find these artists' original work again.

I really don't mean any offense to you, and I'm not trying to stir up any trouble - the mods can kick me if pointing this out is a problem - but it's been on my mind.
