FINALLY someone reasonable <3 I think some fans are really selfish by the way they sent him such negative messages. Like seriously? If he made them happy at some point in their lives, why can't they be happy when he finds happiness too? D:

It is indeed very selfish on the part of some of these so-called "fans" to have sent so many hurtful messages to Miyavi at such a happy time in his life.

That's how I see it, too - this man has made me insanely happy over the years, and I'm overjoyed that he has found such great happiness in return for all that he gives to others <3

I have seriously been shocked by the reactions of some people to this news. It should be the best news ever for him and his wife to enjoy, and yet people are already tainting it ;_; *hugs Miyavi*

I know! I couldn't believe how negatively some of them acted. *sigh* It makes me mad D: they deserve happiness. Specially now that he's going to be a daddy! It makes me so excited for him. I can't waaaiiitt to see the whole family <3

this really bugged me and i didn't know why for over a week until it finally hit me.

What wound me up was the fact that Miyavi had kept the whole thing quiet so long.

Fans like that really aren't fans at all if you ask me. If they were, they'd be happy that these artists they supposedly love so much are happy too.

Agreed, it's unbelievable how some fans go so far as to not even be able to treat their idol as a real person. >>

But, let's not assume that baby = happiness, either - like someone else here said, it's a stressful time for him too.

Oh, absolutely - even more reason for people to leave the man alone and let him make his own decisions on HIS life. He probably has enough stress when he's just become CEO of a company and has a baby on the way in a few weeks, without crazy fans giving him hell over him being a normal person.
