I don't know what the laws are in Sweden but I discovered it's illegal to do raffles in the UK without a gaming licence. This is what slowed me down as I tried to find a way around it, then gave up as I became busy with other things in my life.
My understanding of the Swedish side was as long as it doesnt go over a certain amount it's ok. The fuzziness is if I start doing comissions for donations, which I had planned on as that's taxable earnings.
i looked a bit at UK too, but could only see small society as what the raffle would be- which only seemed to need registering with a local community. otherwise could you do a just giving page and 'a lucky winner' from those donating? the institute of fundraising was quite helpful
