Our place is on the market!! It's so weird to see it online. The pics are bizarre I think...but look good. I hate to brag but we did a pretty good job fixing this old place up. Can't wait to see what happens. The best part of the photo gallery is finding Pia Zadora sneaking in twice, and Linda Blair once. I hope they help sell this place ( Read more... )

Thanks! We were lucky to score it. There is nothing left on Cap Hill we can afford now either. sigh....it's off to west seattle for us.

GAH! It looks fantastic! The paint color looks lighter in these photos.

It will sell in a heartbeat. I've been looking at Capitol Hill condo listings for two months and nothing this nice at this price has come up.

I'm so happy you're making a fortune by moving, but DON'T LEAVE TO THE WESTSIDE!!! I'm gonna cry the day you close.

I know....I actually like the colors better in the photos. that was my only complaint before, a little too dark. I was hoping to get your seal of approval since you've been in the search lately. I'm scared to leave, but at least I have a reliable car to get my ass back over here when fun calls.

That looks awesome! I like the color scheme & fixtures. What did it look like before? Are you still working for George? I'm sure it will sell quickly with the location & style.

It was boring 80's before. I always meant to post before photos. Brass light fixtures and doorknobs. Boring grey carpet, all the trim was medium colored wood. I'm hoping to stop working for G this year. Just have to take the big step and branch out on my own.

I know!! One of us is due for a visit for sure. Would be fun if you could come up this summer again!
