I do my best to be optimistic. And there had been times when people say I am too optimistic. Even though I am really pessimistic and cynical.....which most people say I am.....with at least a dab of angry ( Read more... )

The real trouble is that it's getting to the point where no matter what city you live in in the U.S. they are all getting to the point where they can pick-and-choose the workers they take on, and most don't care about distance (how close or far you are) because they're able to choose whatever worker they want who will be willing to drive 100 miles round-trip to get the work, and be GRATEFUL for it. That's the biggest problem with this particular market, right now ( ... )
