Yes, the show was called Moonlight, and, darn it, was canceled after one season, although there was a huge uproar from the fans (including yours truly). It wasn't as gritty as I remember FK being, and the vampire (Mick St. John) could be out in the sun, so a bit different twist to the FK universe.

btw - Alex O'Louglin, who played Mick, is supposed to be in the next Criminal Minds on Wens, if the schedule gets followed as TV Guide has it. Lately the network has been switching the shows around without notice, 2 CMs last night instead of CM and CSI:NY. And Moonlight introduced me to a grown up Jason Dohring. I loved his portrayal of Josef, and missed the episode centering on him Bringing this back to FK, I would like to see somebody at least write a crossover, Josef against LaCroix, a Nick/Mick teamup (say that 5 times fast), Nat/Beth, and Janette/Coraline. Would be an interesting universe ( ... )
