Today is Cinco de Mayo (Mexican independence day) and typically it is celebrated in the United States with Gringos going to the local cantina to gorge on enchiladas and tacos, drink too many margaritas and do a poor job of trying to sing with the Mariachi band.

Most of the weekend focus was on racing and It felt good in many ways to be back to Saturday night action after a hiatus of over a month.
