What more is there to say? 28 days left of high school. FINALLY going to Street Scene, even though it's burning a major hole in my pocket. Work is, well, work. I guess life is going pretty well. Met a few bumps in the road, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle.

I really wish I could be 5 years old again. Everything was fun, everyone was your friend, and there wasn't a care in the world. I want to be that innocent little kid again.

I almost feel physically sick right now, but that might have something to do with the peanut butter I just ate. Seriously though, why won't I ever learn to listen? Why am I so trusting? I don't want to believe people anymore. I'm disgusted with myself.

Who knew that I'm still so affected by you?

It really amazes me how musicians work. I mean, how they can pour their heart and soul into each note they play, into each note they sing, and into each word they write. I don't know how many times this will happen, but I have lost any and all motivation to do anything relating to school. I just want the year to end and to graduate. I just want to be a bum for the next few months until I move to New York.

You know, I didn't realize how much I'd be missing home when I came here. But it's been really fun. I'll tell you when I get home.

Man, drama was one fun (not really) emotional roller coaster today. My group was supposed to perform tomorrow, but the director comes up to me and tells me that we've been pushed back a week due to the musical boot camp today. So, I'm like, "Sweet!"
