Don't make all the Rita refugees come back just yet! We need them to trickle in slowly lest we have a situation like we saw on Thursday. We need to get some gas back into stations along the way first. And water and batteries and stuff. It's weird being here right now because a lot of people are back, but nothing is open, so everyone is just hanging out at home and stuff.
