Ooh, are you a tea nerd, or just a tea appreciator? :-) That contraption you see us using is the IngenuiTEA, which is pretty cheap and indeed a fairly nifty thing. (For his birthday last year, I gave Chris an electric tea maker, the TriniTEA.)

Actually... I don't drink "tea". At least not from the tea plant. I am an herbalist! I have more strange and unusual herbs in my closet than most people will see in their life time. I am suppose to be drinking high amounts of herbal tea on a daily basis. But I find that having to strain my tea through a tiny tea ball extremely tedious. And my tea pot is small and I am unable to get inside to wash it. (Not that it should be a big deal... I have only ever used bottled or distilled water in it so there shouldn't be any buildup.)

However I find all the different teas fascinating. I just discovered that there are things called flowering teas. Very fascinating!

Back to your video though. I find it extremely interesting, highly entertaining, and just plain fun. Even though I don't drink chai or regular teas, I have throughly enjoyed watching your videos! :)

Chris' mom actually gave me a glass teapot that came with (one package of) flowering tea, so I think I can make one pot of flowering tea. I'm kinda intrigued myself, and I think I'll be able to convince Chris to make a video of it, when we get around to making it.

(I'd love to see those herbs you have!) :-)
