Earlier, when Jack placed the bottle of Comanaprasil in Liz's hand, he said, "I don't understand why you'd want to take these on a private aircraft. Relaxation in that setting is essentially guaranteed."
"You know there could be problems... Thinking I might die makes me say things. You don't need to know any more about me."
"I want to know what it would be like to pleasure you in the air--"
"Not doing it!"
He frowned. "Didn't you tell that middle schooler a lot of personal information while--"
"I thought I was talking to Oprah. You can tell anything to Oprah."
She said this with a hint of... yearning. He worried, briefly, that Liz would rather embark on a romantic getaway with her.
Now, Liz is fully under the influence of the drugs. She's had a long conversation with a flight attendant she thought to be Kate Gosselin (Jack learned more about Dancing with the Stars than he ever wished to know), passed out a couple of times, and stolen his wallet.
Currently: sexual nightmares. She seems to be going through partners rather quickly -- the most disturbing one he's heard was Kate Gosselin; why is this woman so on Liz's mind? -- and at a certain point Jack tunes it out. Then, he hears his own name. He freezes; he doesn't like the implications of Liz's sexual nightmares involving himself.
A moan. His name again. "Why are you stopping? Don't stop, you jerk."
That soothes his ego.
When Liz says, "No, Jack, don't have sex with Kate Gosselin in front of me!" he decides to return to not paying attention.
Later, he won't tell Liz about the sexual nightmares he overheard, or gloat that his part in them was *not* making love to her.
But he will throw the pills in the first trash can he encounters.
