Delightful! Kept me from a French essay I'm supposed to be writing, but overall, delightful. Except for I object to the mocking of Tyra. Bitch is FIERCE.

Hee, Tyra kind of freaks me out. But to each their own. Anyway, thank you muchly. I'm glad you enjoyed, and I hope you get around to writing your essay.

Great fic as usual.

I particularly liked the dorito section: "You know, you're right." She takes another couple of breaths, turns her head to look at him. Intending to thank him, she instead blurts out, "I love you. I really love you. Really. A lot."

Really great line there and I loved Tyra Banks as well. lol fear of dolphins. The arbor day idea was correct and I like that he didn't propose at the end-it's somewhat sweeter that Jack's willing to wait.

Oh!! Words can't properly express how much I enjoyed this. Wonderfulll. I love how well you write them, even if it is slightly disturbing and entirely convinces me that you need to somehow wind up writing for this show and then using your powers to convince Tina Fey that Jack/Liz would be the greatest of good ideas, rather than just the uncomfortable notion of having to make out with Alec Baldwin.

Although somehow, rather than enhancing my bitterness, your fic kind of makes me feel better about the idea that Jack/Liz seems doomed to never show up on the show! Because this is just . . . it. This is exactly how great it would be if it happened on the show, or possibly even better. It's this hilarious odd wonderful quasi-lame (but in the best of ways) journey as they figure out that, hey, they're kinda perfect for each other, and damn it, it just makes me happy.

Jolly good job, m'friend!

I have daydreams about writing for the show and doing just that. I kid you not. (Before anyone thinks I am insane, I realize such dreams will never come true.) Because it would be awesome on many levels.

Also, I am really not sad that Jack/Liz will never end up the show because I'm more comfortable writing things that will never happen? It's like, if I get too canonly, it feels weird to me. Though I was kind of disappointed when Tina first said, "No way!" to Jack/Liz because up until that point, I was convinced I had stumbled upon having an OTP that was actually going to happen and that really delighted me. I was in a glass case of emotion for a while, there.

But, anyway. Thank you very much, I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)

Bwahaha, don't feel bad. I'm pretty sure I have . . . a lot of those. A lot, a lot. Like, for instance, I may have daydreamed somewhat extensively of The Office doing a couples-themed photoshoot, so the fact that it actually happened is still vaguely surreal to me. And, darnit, it's proof never to give up on your fandomy daydreams!!

Or possibly just proof that I'm a sad, sad individual.

Either way!

And, yeah, I kinda like that it's not going to happen on the show, just because their dynamic is so awesome as is, and when couples get together my love for them tends to lessen (yes, I am looking at you, Jim and Pam!). And when I first started watching, Jack/Liz immediately just captivated me, but seemed so entirely unlikely and just one of those cases of rogue chemistry doomed to drive me insane. But toward the end of the season, it actually started to seem deliberate! And so I was quasi-bummed, too, but have since reached the conclusion that it's all for ( ... )

I think it's proof that you're an awesome individual. Because the photoshoot was pretty much delightful, and so are fannish dreams. Especially realized ones.

And when I first started watching, Jack/Liz immediately just captivated me, but seemed so entirely unlikely and just one of those cases of rogue chemistry doomed to drive me insane. But toward the end of the season, it actually started to seem deliberate! That is pretty much exactly what happened to me, too! The last two episodes entirely convinced me that I wasn't imagining things, because there she was hating his fiancee and warning him not to marry her because she's not good enough for him, his mother thought Liz was his fiancee, they broke up with their significant others at the same time, then they shared some weird cuteness at the hospital, and I thought that had to be intentional shippiness. (I don't know why I recounted that, since you obviously know what happened in the episodes. But. Anyway.) Perhaps Tina is, deep down, a Jack/Liz shipper and will realize it down the ( ... )

If fanfics can be turned into classics, I have to say that this is one can be Romeo and Juliet, and you are a Shakespeare of 30 Rock fics. (Okay, so R and J wasn't much a good comparative play... Aha! Much ado will do. :)

You had me at a lot of parts. The carrier pigeons, the Tyra confussion, Collen Donaghy (though she did not entirely make her appearance, the mere mention of the Matriarch of our OTP is such sweet joy), Ralphie's "making babies" quote, and the metal bikini are to name just a few.

Honestly, you should continue doing this. And continue to dream on being a writer for 30 Rock. We need those dreams, ya know.

P.S

Did you know this made me google websites dedicated to the metal bikini?

P.S.S

I'm probably the third person to say this, but I was supposed to finalize our market research. See whatcha made me do!

:D :D :D Thank you. And, yes, Mother Donaghy did sort of get glossed over because I have not figured out how to write her yet? But I didn't want to lose the carrier pigeon stuff. And mentioning her also makes me happy, so. I love her! (But not in a queer way!)

I will continue to write. And dream! What would we be without our dreams? People without dreams!

I'm glad people are choosing my fic over things they should be doing. It makes me feel powerful. :)

ohhhhs! Where did you get the new header pic?:)

P.S

YOu should know that your JOURNAL has the ability to make people procrastinate to the max. You should be careful of the power you yield!

I got them from a friend of mine. (http://michellek.livejournal.com/334696.html?thread=3579496#t3579496) In that thread is also a couple of more hi-res promo shots of Tina and Alec. :)

Oh! This was fantastic, so funny and sweet and just wonderful ALL THE TIME. The triangle chips and carrier pigeons and Pong-A-Sack and how they really do love each other. And you have their voices DOWN, man - it's incredibly impressive.

This has made me all the more excited for season 2. Great job!
