What a great quote! I hadn't heard this one. It brings to mind so many ideas. Of course, the first one to come to me is how this should be the motto of every education institution. Education should be conducted through interactive experiences, not just passive speaker and listener. Then, too, all the daily experiences we encounter, good and bad, that shape us.
