I love to purge, Michelle! I can attest to the latter group that just grabs stuff to get the deal. My last purge consisted of a picture of my stuff posted on Craigslist. Thirteen minutes later there was a screech of tires and an empty yard...13 minutes. I hope it went to someone who needed it, but it probably went to some hoarder's house. I'm an enabler!

13 minutes! Wow! In any case, the items were out of your hair.

We posted pics of our worn out grill, noting that the burners were rusted, on our community forum. Someone came and got it. Kind of like gremlins. :-)

Hi Michelle. Pleased to "meet" you! We emigrated from South Africa to London in 2007 and I've never regretted selling, getting ridding of, or dumping one single thing. It was totally worth it and worth it to let our new homes and lives grow with us rather than trying to fit the past into the present.
