A friend of mine mentioned she hasn't watched House of... yet and since she liked Crouching Tiger... I told her to get the DVD like...now.

takeshi. HOTNESS. oh my god... so freakin' hot.

wasn't too thrilled with the movie because i felt like the characters were just plain boring, but it's visually stunning. esp how they happen to find all these random places full of color! red/yellow trees with yellow mountainside. green bamboo forest with green dirt everywhere. ridiculously gorgeous.
