That's definitely one of my favorite lines lol. This was just a frickin' "Get Home From The First Day Of School" treat!!! This fic made me laugh, it made me kinda sad (That Jan got shot down by Michael, of course lol), but the ending was great! Even though I like seeing them together, it's refreshing to have that little twist! Great Job Sista! I love it as always!! lol

Jan's last monologue about marriage and children and dating again is just beautiful. And so real. I can totally hear her saying that. My favorite part is when Jan stops trying to get away from Michael (Mitchell :)) and is just like, the hell with it, I'm going to talk to him. I love them talking about their worst summers.

You are so great at the Michael lines. Favorite one in this fic:

"If by walking in, seeing me, and leaving... you mean walking in, seeing me, and running to the bathroom to freshen up to make an even HOTTER impression because I'm so good looking, then yeah, I bet that's what happened."

Hehe. You're welcome :). I just printed it out because I was at work and I was like, I can't read this at work but I can print it out and read it on the way home. Plus, I actually much prefer reading things in hard copy anyway as opposed to on the computer. I don't print out every fic but occasionally if I have a stretch of time during which I'm out and about more than I'm at the computer I'll print out a bunch of stuff to read.

Aw, that's a nice au fic (considering Jan told Michael about the divorce at the Chili's Client meeting... but oh well).

I'm still baffled how Michael managed to corall Dan into being his friend. Wow. but they totally sounded like guys without girls being around.
