Scene flashback (from two weeks ago): Landlady signs permit to move out and arranges that she be available during the actual move out day so as to check the unit before the tenant moves out.

Landlady calls up the tenant while tenant is busy

Hehehe ang init na kasi nung ulo nun, kung pinatulan ko, naku baka spontaneous combustion hehehe :p Tsaka mas malakas siya sa mga tao dun eh, suki ng *old place*, parang anim ata yung binili nun na units at pinapa-rent, medyo kilala na siya ng mga guards...

Glad to hear you've moved to your new place. Moving is fun in its own way. I remember last May 2004 when I moved in to my new place in San Francisco, it was a blast! Hehe.

Moving is...tiring hehehe I just hate the packing and unpacking. But once it's done, it's a good feeling, off to a fresh start. :)
