We bought an item from Amazon, about 10 years ago when we were still in Indonesia and since we chose sea freight, we expected it around 3 weeks later. A month an a half later, it's still wasn't delivered (Indonesian customs are worse than the Philippines) and we emailed them. A week later, the same items were delivered via air mail.
Haay. How I wish we have the same kind of service here.

Ah talaga? Ako I emailed them and got a prompt reply (yun nga lang, subscription inquiry yung email ko, hindi subscription problem hehe.) Yung PLDT naman, I got a reply to my emails within 2 days, and pag may problem yung net ko (twice now in ~3 years), it's fixed in less than a week. Luck of the draw yata talaga yung customer service dito sa atin hehe.

I still remember Karon ranting about Globe, Geebee complaining about PLDT, and so on...
Once lang ako nag email sa PLDT, about line transfer, nagreply naman ata sila nun... And Globe recently billed me for June kahit pinadisconnect ko na and sinurrender mga equipment nung May 30, bahala sila di ko babayaran yun, sinabi ko din sa agent na nakausap ko na di makapagbigay ng precise na sagot :p
