LIBCAP and their stupid assumption

My family will never use LIBCAP's services again - ever!

Let me tell you why. Friday - my mom sent me documents which I would need when I was going to meet up an agent friend of hers on Saturday, since the person was in Manila for a short time. It's a one-day delivery service, hence the package is expected on Saturday. Saturday - my mom followed up

Always trust the bigger companies: FedEx, UPS, DHL, LBC, etc. The smaller ones may be cheap, but they most likely will give you more headaches.

nakakainis naman yun.. sobrang nakakainis.. they are paid to deliver your package, not to assume tapos mali naman. binalik ba payment nyo? -mil

wala di na binalik, dineliver nila the next working day na, eh wala nang purpose by then kasi di ko na ma-meet ang dapat kong ime-meet sana regarding those documents :( super inis talaga ako that day, as in hindi ma-drawing mukha ko :( kaya wag ka na mag-libcap ha, mil :p
