She might bounce back, but if you can seperate her from the other mouse do so just in case.
The brown stains might not be staining, it might beher eyes are watering and its tinted her fur a darker color...sort of like how blonde hair looks slighter darker if you wet it.
If you have a desk lamp, put a 60W globe in it and put it over where she is sleeping, the radiant heat will help her keep warm.

I did separate her last night from Scarlett... I put a warm (dry) washcloth in her cage and wrapped her up. She passted away last night..
My vet isn't a 24/7 deal..it's a small clinic and the only one in the city that does "exotics". Which are the category that small animals fall in, unfortunatly.
Hopefully Scarlett will be ok.
Idk what happened though...no parasites..no bumps on Emma..no bleeding, poop...nothing.
