Ok, Jenn and I made reservations on last Thursday night for a flight home from Salt Lake City to Omaha, and accidentally made them for March 12th instead of April 26th because of United's annoying-to-use website. I'll book new tickets tomorrow when I'm not so ticked off at myself, and this time I will triple check the damn dates! Let it be known here that I am not expecting you to have to pay me anything towards these tickets. It was my mistake and I will pay for it.
Also, I'm not sure airline tickets are transferable to a different name (without more fees, anyway), but it was a nice thought to offer.

I tried to talk to a manager, but all I got was other indian reps who could speak english a LITTLE better, and they couldn't do anything for me. I did threaten not to use them anymore, and I doubt I will use them again. They are annoying.

Would it be cheaper to book tickets through another airline than to change the date on those tickets? Surely you can find something for less than $150/ticket... if nothing else, can't you just buy a second set of tickets for the appropriate dates and just not use your first set? That's cheaper than changing dates.
