I'm floored by the creativity freshman year triggered. November, April, and May were by far the most prolific months ever in the history of this journal. But as I move on and continue to distance myself from the people/events surrounding my first year of college, I find that my propensity to write spontaneously and introspectively is waning. And it is always snowing.

I guess so that I'd have an excuse to pull you into a warm café,

And remind you I still don't take sugar with my coffee.

We spent spring break in Barbados. I didn't take too many pictures, and when I did, I used film. Tragically, only 8 out of 30-something exposures managed to survive.

I'm glad this one made it, in particular.

Foot is leaving for Seattle tomorrow. While I'm kind of bummed about that, I also can't help but be so excited for him. He has big plans this summer, and it's all starting with welcoming a baby home!
