If you can do that, you can more readily accept others as well. This is close to that "love others as yourself," which people tend to forget implies you should love yourself ;-)
I'm glad you like it too! I'm telling you, women need to stop hating themselves. It's all for nothing. This is clear to me now.
Oh, and I c'ompletely agree with you, too, on how it frees you up to accept others. Reminds me of that tired old cliche, you have to love yourself before you can love others. (Man, I hate that saying.) You said it so much better. :)
