I've always wondered why Fang seemed to be the only sentient Memory that existed, as well as what exactly made him so attached to Philip. Considering Saeko's reaction at seeing Fang in ep.16, Museum couldn't be the one that made him - which left either Shroud, or Philip himself (and also Foundation X, but that was a way I dare not tread xP).
