Pleeeeeeeeze - submit it to our GFF zine? I have no idea who Alex is but if he's 'real' or from someone else's fiction you could maybe change the name.

(And yes, I am still messing about with your Mordred stuff but now trying to get a themed collection together)

The best flashfics allow the reader to create the plot themselves from the 'flash' that they are given. This does that perfectly. We are given the characters, with sufficient detail to make them very real, the current situation and the way they are reacting to it, their relationships... who needs explicit plot? There's a whole novel in there!!!
