Arg. Merlot's been shoved to the backburner due to a lack of inspiration on my part. I will not be getting it done in time for the Percyathon deadline. Maybe once that's gone, I'll have a go and get it done. I'm weird like that.

Why is it whenever I'm writing the action sections of my stories my brain freezes up and I get convinced that I suck totally?

I think this is why I haven't finished Any Given Tuesday. Performance anxiety.

So it turns out that I wrote and posted a total of 39,172 words on TTH over my 10-day vacation. Mind the Gap grew by 30,481 words to 60,704, and my FFA shorts went up by 8,691 words to 16,071.

Hmm.

And dmn it, my user name is supposed to be mhalachai's words, not mhalachai swords. Rar.
