So I had this idea for a post CA:TWS story where the Winter Soldier/Bucky is stalking Natasha while she's on her "finding myself" tour but does nothing violent just following til one day she turns on him and is all like "either try to shoot me or fuck right on off".

Excellent idea - it would work pretty well like that, just adding some dialogue and locations etc. but it could easily be expanded. An obvious possibility is a Dollhouse crossover, with the Dollhouse the next iteration of HYDRA's plan to ensure their leadership's immortality by implanting them into fresh young bodies. That's pretty much the way Dollhouse went anyway, though you might want to avoid the remote control mind swapper they had at the end of the 2nd series.
