Hey, since when do you write Twilight?So. Yeah. Am back to my favorite writing exercise, ascending drabbles (100 words, 200 words, etc.) on a new character, in this case Alice Cullen. The idea came from wanting to understand more about Alice Cullen's backstory, and because everything I do is better as a crossover, I've done so in some cases. ( Read more... )

Thank you. The idea of Alice knowing that Jack will always be is heartbreaking. Actually, if I think about it, I find the whole concept behind Jack's immortality to be horrifying.

Thank you so much! I finished reading (er, skimming at the speed of light) the books on Saturday and was at a loss of how to express my Alice!love. Hence this. (Then I found Midnight Sun and loled my way through Sunday evening).

I'm not usually a huge fan of canon 'ships (well, I don't spend much mental energy on them) but Jasper/Alice are rocking my socks. Especially after I read MS.

Jasper/Alice is the most sock-rocking ship in the series, for sure. Your comment reminded me I hadn't checked out Midnight Sun yet, so started that yesterday. Oh my heavens, Meyer was born in the wrong century. She should have been doing gothic lit with the Bronte's, except they would have kicked her to the curb for the crappy writing.

I think I need a Jasper/Alice icon. Know of any good ones?

Alice is my favorite Twilight character. :) I enjoyed this muchly!

Ahhh, this is awesome! I have a deep and abiding hate/fascination for Twilight so I didn't read this right away. But I stopped by hoping for an update to a certain *cough* 76 chapter fic *cough* and decided to give this a try. I don't even know why I resisted. Lovely!

I have a deep fascination/hatred for the Twilight source material... how can it be so cringe-inducing and yet so captivating? I want to slap some sparkly sense into Bella. But Alice is so awesome. She needed some ficcly love.

As for that 76-chapter story, come back in a week or so. *ducks away*

I missed this, the first time 'round . . not sure how .. anyway, it is - as per usual - very nicely done. Alice's reaction to Jack totally freaked me out, but you made it plausible.
