They're running a special deal for CFCU customers, so if they do a good job, I'm just as happy to give them my business as someone else. While I am not a customer of theirs, I have heard good things about them.

I don't know how they are on HVAC, but my realtor had very unflattering things to say about their services as related to radon mitigation systems that might be relevant. Essentially, their attitude on those is that once they've installed them, if something goes wrong it's the homeowner's problem, not theirs, regardless of what the problem is or whether it's about their workmanship.
