I really do love working at Taylor. It's great to be in an encouraging environment where I know people aren't trying to go behind my back for some personal gain. It's nice to know that the people I work with share my beliefs and understand where I am coming from. It's nice to be where everybody knows my name

Hey Matt, you should probably get Miriam's read on this, too, but I have always experienced you as being on the non-fussy, non-high maintenance side of things-- so if you feel like you need a little more consideration, you are probably right. There are definitely people I know who always think they need more respect, but I don't think that's you. But others who know you better than I do can probably speak to that better than I can.
