How many of you have met our Heroes? And what were the circumstances?

Now you just need to get a bunch of friends to respond. You can always drop into various MFU sites and say that you want MFU friends and I'm sure you'll get some interested folks. Or you can join a freindzy - there's usually one every couple of months and always in the spring. If you want, I can keep an eye open for you and let you know. Not much MFU floating around here these days, though, sadly.

I have had the great fortune of meeting David McCallum twice, and he is truly a wonderful person. The first time was on an NCIS set visit, and the second was at an event in Omaha celebrating the 50th anniversary of The Great Escape.

What a great guy to be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Great Escape! With the DMC fandom being so fresh back in the day. I can remember the TOTAL excitement seeing Mr. McCallum in ANYTHING! One forgotten movie is "Around the World Under the Sea." and I have no idea what happened to "Three Bites of the Apple."

I also enjoy his music! So talented in everything he does!

What was your NCIS set visit like?? Hope you'll share the details, or point to where the response is archived!
