The two that come immediately to mind are:

The wonderful Small Kindness by Vicky Loebel
and
azdak's This Night of Nights

Oddly enough they're both Christmas fic. I know he's at least a walk-on if not a main character in a number of others, but I'd have to search for them. Perhaps someone else remembers more.
