Following on from jantojones entry on 19th December, I recently captured something similar from "My Friend The Gorilla". Adding the screen caps that I took either side suggested a little scenario.

There is so much to read in that second image; none of it pure. Then he immediately switches to wide innocence.

This is why we love him :-D

I was hooked the first time I saw them. (Although, the first season was in glorious black & white so I didn't notice the blue until all the articles started appearing in the press).

I was old enough to walk to a drugstore that carried teen magazines. I bought all I could afford and saw him in color for the first time. Wish I had kept them all.

My two sisters and I had a drawer each of a 3-drawer chest, to hold our clothing. I used to keep my cuttings & pin-ups underneath my clothing. I went to look at them one day and - horrors! No pin-ups.
I ran to my Mum and she shrugged and said she thought it was just a lot of old paper and.... Yes! She threw all my precious pin-ups away. I think that's why I got a bit carried away when I found out you could buy photographs from specialist dealers. That's my excuse, anyway, and I'm sticking to it.
