We had some when we did tea at Portland and Mason. It's delicious. I've since made it a few times with great success.

If you've never tried it before, you are in for a treat. It's one of my favorite ways to use up leftover chicken.

Never tried it, or even heard of it. I will look it up. I love chicken salad with grapes or dried cranberries, celery, and glazed pecans. Or with apples and walnuts.
