A Chinese feast - egg rolls, beef and broccoli, orange chicken, and fried rice (or white). A bowl of wonton soup, tea and a fortune cookie is included.
Yummy. We will be doing beef vegetable after today's prime rib. Roast the bones, cook them in stock.. add the veggies and some beef... maybe even some barley. Love barley.
I have never done this as a Christmas tradition. A Jewish friend tells me she never did either - their family keeps kosher, and you have to watch for cross-contamination from the pork. Have you done it?
Emily and I went out for Chinese dumplings yesterday so I'm glad I got my Chinese fix for the holidays. I was thinking of getting more Chinese today but I don[t feel like going out so maybe tomorrow. All that looks delicious
