It sure is tasty, but Ihave to make sure I don't call it mac and cheese or TBG wouldn't eat it. For him, this is baked pasta and three cheeses. :DD

There are only a few things mine won't eat and he would eat them if I made a big deal out of it, but I don't - after 44 years, it isn't worth it.

When I make macaroni cheese I also add a can of sweetcorn and sliced kielbasa.

Our recipes are very similar except I don't go for fat free, use wholegrain mustard and add a glug of Worcester sauce.

This was from my WW cookbook, and I found it a nice alternative to the heavier version and one TBG would eat.
